At Lashed By Shez, we are committed to providing high-quality education & supplies through our online courses. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.
ONLINE COURSE REFUNDS:
Due to the immediate access and release of intellectual property, we do not offer refunds on online course purchases once the course has been accessed. This policy is in place to protect the time, effort, and proprietary knowledge that goes into our education.
Copyright Infringement & Account Misuse
Lashed By Shez reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a student's access to any online course if there is evidence of copyright infringement, unauthorised distribution of course materials, or sharing of personal login credentials with non-paying individuals. These actions are considered a breach of our terms and are subject to legal consequences.
EBOOKS, CANVA TEMPLATES & DIGITAL PLANNERS:
No Refunds or Cancellation’s: Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible and downloadable. Once a product has been downloaded by you, no right of cancellation. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read all associated details and asked questions, if there are any, prior to purchase. Refunds/returns/exchanges are also not permitted.
Shipping: All digital items are INSTANT DIGITAL DOWNLOADS and NO PHYSICAL PRODUCTS will be shipped.
After checkout, You will be automatically emailed a secure link to download your purchased files. Please ensure that the email used to make the purchase is accurate and can receive email.
LASH SUPPLIES:
If you are unhappy with any item/s you have received, please contact us first at contact@lashedbyshez.com so we can resolve the issue to meet your expectations. Please allow 48-72hrs for a response during business days.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to cover the cost of shipping. It is recommended that you select express shipping with tracking to ensure your items are returned quicker.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lashedbyshez.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the sender address that is shown on your shipping label.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
