SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your order details. Once you have received delivery confirmation, Lashed By Shez is no longer liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please make sure when checking out to provide us with the correct contact information and address.

We currently offer SAME DAY POSTAGE on all orders made before 12pm (AEDT) Monday to Friday. PUBLIC HOLIDAY orders won't be processed until the next opening business day. Please note that the estimated shipping times provided as a guide and while we strive to meet them, we cannot guarantee delivery within these exact time frames.

Australia: (Australia Post)

- Standard: 3 to 6 Business Days - $9.95 AUD (FREE if you spend over $300 AUD)

- Express: 1 to 3 Business Days - $13.95 AUD (FREE if you spend over $400 AUD)

New Zealand: (Australia Post)

- Standard: 4 to 7 Business Days - $18.95 AUD

- Express: 2 to 5 Business Days - $27.95 AUD

 International: (Australia Post)

- International Standard: 7 to 14 Business Days - $32.95 AUD

- International Express: 5 to 10 Business Days - $38.95 AUD

 

PICK UP ORDERS: (South East Melbourne - VIC, Australia)

Please wait for a “Your order is ready for pickup” email. Reply to this email directly with a time you’d like to pickup from 9am - 6pm AEDT. Please also bring your confirmation email with you.

 

TAXES & DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please be aware that Lashed By Shez is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package leaves our facility. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. For more information on customs policies, we recommend contacting your local postal or customs office.

 

RETURNED PARCELS:

If, for whatever reason, your order is returned to us, we will be in contact as soon as possible. It will be the responsibility of yourself to finalise an additional shipping payment before your goods will attempt any additional delivery. It is your responsibility to provide us with your correct shipping details. We do not take any responsibility for your order being sent to an incorrect address provided. Once you notice details are incorrect, please make sure to get in contact with us immediately and we will help support the new changes (if possible).
